We are fortunate to have a great coaching staff. The 2008 season presents
itself with much opportunity those who will help you get there are listed below.
This is my second year as a head XC coach, although I have had years of experience and education in the area of distance running. Running is a huge part of my life, and this will be a continuation in my success in athletics. I have been an assistant XC coach for 5 years at Mountain View. I have also had experience both running and training the middle distances. I Love Cross Country!

Brice Roncace began his running career as a Junior at Meridian High School.
He ran under the direction of Tracy Harris and helped Meridian win the State Cross
Country title his senior year, 1998. Brice went on to run collegiately at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa,
Idaho under Randy Dalzell. The highlight of Brice's tenure at NNU came in 2001 with the winning of the NCCAA (National Christian College Athletic Association) National Cross Country Championship and a 4th place finish at the NAIA National Cross Country Championship. The following spring, Brice set a school record in the 10k at the NAIA National Outdoor Track Championship with a time of 32:06. Since graduating from college in 2003, Brice has returned to Meridian High School to act as an assistant cross country coach, and of course still loves to run.

Before the 2008 season Liz had never been involved with a Cross Country program. Hired more for her organizational skills, nurturing ways, and support for the athletes, she learned about the sport and all that goes with it through the guidance of Rusty, Brice, and some of the veterans on the team. Liz brought with her a base knowledge of running and a love for athletics acquired through the sports she participated in throughout high school and college.
