Athlete Running Logs
This page is used to log your running. It will be a great place to talk about slight pains, your feelings about training, and talk about your biggest successes and frustrations so far. Running is a journey. Part of learning to enjoy the journey from where you are to where you are going is being able to track your progress. Eventually you will see that your longer runs are getting easier, and your workouts are increasing in tempo and duration. Improvement usually comes in short spurts between plateaus. All work pays off, but must be measured and done correctly. This is a great way to gauge your progress as a runner.
This is where you should log your miles. It is simple, but very easy to use and easy for teams to use as well.
How to set up a running log:
- Click on the link that says register for an account.
- Enter all your information. Click the signup button. Once you have signed up, you need to register for our team so that the coaches can view your log. If you have a Facebook you can link it from there as well.
- Click on the Teams link near the top of the page. In the search space type in “Meridian High XC.” Then click Join and that should work.
- You don’t need to update the log every day, but I would like it to be up to date every Monday and Thursday.
